Katrina Holden

Kat has over 30 years experience living and working around the world with a range of blue chip companies, educational facilities, agencies and charities.

Kat is now based on the Sunshine Coast, where you can find her paddle boarding, walking her dog or hiking the south downs. She is an ambassador for thriving after cancer.

Jacqueline Pear

Jacqueline has worked in the charity sector for over 25 years with experience in all aspects of charity finance and a thorough knowledge of UK charity accounting requirements.

Jacqueline has held senior finance roles supporting financial planning and budgeting, external audits and financial reporting and fundraising teams.

Christine Burke

Chris worked as a statistician and manager in medical research before becoming a counsellor and finally an olive farmer in Spain. She now lives in Seaford where she is a volunteer with Citizens Advice.

She enjoys learning about new wellbeing approaches, practices meditation and yoga and loves dog walking in the local countryside.

Sam (Adcock) McDowell

Sam is a highly qualified educational consultant, trainer, and coach, with over 20 years of experience as a successful Headteacher in London. She currently serves as the Director of Wellbeing for Education, supporting schools in their commitment to wellbeing. She is a passionate advocate for health and wellbeing initiatives in schools.

Beyond education, Sam has 30+ years in the charitable sector and actively supports WYSE International, a global leadership charity.

Our charitable objects

  1. Advance the education of the public in the subject of physical mental and social wellbeing
    • Primary, secondary, and higher education setting
    • Training the trainers
    • Academic research
  2. Relief of sickness and preservation of health
    • Organisations/groups supporting older people and those with mobility and ill health issues, including hospices
    • Carers/those supporting others (e.g., cancer, addictions, or foster parents)
  3. Relief to those in need by reason on financial problems 
    • Offering services free at the point of delivery to groups most in need by reason of financial problems/position
